CrownLife International (CLI) is a United States nonprofit charitable organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our Christian mission includes evangelism, discipleship, indigenous pastoral and missionary support, leadership development, ministry training, humanitarian outreach, and compassionate assistance to orphans, widows, vulnerable families, and others in need.
CrownLife International seeks to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ through faithful stewardship, charitable service, and partnerships with approved ministries and individuals serving communities throughout the world.
These Terms of Agreement govern charitable contributions made to CrownLife International through its principal website and its related ministry expressions, including PointingToJesus.org, PastorJedidiah.org, KingdomTunes.org, and other ministry websites, special appeals, fundraising initiatives, and donation campaigns operating under CrownLife's charitable oversight.
These terms also apply to contributions received through third-party fundraising and payment platforms, including Donorbox, whenever CrownLife International is the designated charitable recipient.
Such ministry expressions and fundraising initiatives are administered as part of CrownLife International's charitable mission and are subject to its applicable policies, stewardship practices, and governing authority.
Where a third-party platform imposes additional processing or service terms, those terms may also apply to the transaction.
All charitable contributions accepted by CrownLife International are received for the advancement of its recognized charitable purposes.
CrownLife International maintains ultimate discretion, authority, and control over the acceptance, administration, allocation, and distribution of contributed funds, consistent with applicable law, its governing documents, and any legally binding restrictions it has accepted.
Donors may express a preference for supporting a particular approved pastor, missionary, ministry, humanitarian initiative, or charitable project. CrownLife endeavors to honor such preferences whenever consistent with its mission, approved charitable activities, and stewardship responsibilities.
However, a donor's expressed preference does not, by itself, create an unconditional entitlement to funds for any individual or organization.
CrownLife International establishes and maintains ministry relationships in furtherance of its charitable purposes.
The organization exercises independent judgment in evaluating ministry partners, approving charitable activities, administering financial resources, and overseeing the appropriate use of funds.
CrownLife may approve, modify, suspend, redirect, or decline distributions when necessary to fulfill its charitable mission, protect donated resources, maintain accountability, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Participating ministries may operate under written partnership agreements and established administrative procedures designed to promote responsible stewardship and effective ministry operations.
Contributions received by CrownLife International may be used to support approved charitable and ministry activities, including evangelism, pastoral and missionary assistance, leadership training, humanitarian relief, support for orphans and widows, and other initiatives consistent with the organization's mission.
Contributions may also support reasonable administrative, operational, financial management, technology, compliance, and oversight expenses necessary to carry out these charitable purposes.
CrownLife administers its ministry partnerships and operational arrangements through internal agreements and established financial procedures.
The organization seeks to use its resources responsibly and effectively, balancing direct ministry support with the infrastructure and accountability required for sustainable charitable operations.
CrownLife International provides charitable contribution acknowledgments in accordance with applicable United States tax requirements.
Contributions are received by CrownLife International as the charitable organization, rather than as personal gifts made directly to individual pastors, missionaries, or other beneficiaries.
The tax deductibility of a contribution depends upon applicable law and the donor's individual circumstances. Donors are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional concerning their charitable contributions.
CrownLife recognizes that ministry circumstances, humanitarian needs, project requirements, and the availability of approved ministry partners may change.
When a donor-preferred activity cannot be carried out as anticipated, CrownLife may apply the contribution to another appropriate charitable purpose consistent with its mission and any legally binding restrictions governing the gift.
CrownLife remains committed to responsible stewardship and the faithful advancement of its charitable purposes.
By making a charitable contribution to CrownLife International, the donor acknowledges these Terms of Agreement and understands that contributions are administered under CrownLife's independent charitable oversight, discretion, and control.
CrownLife International reserves the right to revise these terms prospectively as necessary to reflect changes in its ministry operations, administrative practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Revisions do not retroactively alter legally binding restrictions governing contributions previously accepted.
