AS WE PREACH JESUS...
The lame walk, blind eyes open, the dead arise, demons are cast out and the needy are cared for in Jesus name and for the glory of God!

WHAT WE DO! WHAT YOU CAN DO?

From the beginning our missions ministry, formerly established as Mission Del Caribe 501(c)(3), has walked hand in hand with the native pastors and ministers to serve their communities and nations. Our founder entrusted his life to native ministers in some of the world’s hardest and remote regions. It’s akin in many ways to that fellowship that is born when serving a war together. These guys are our “Foxhole Buddies!” What is a “Foxhole?” In a physical war it is something that soldiers dug and hid in to lessen the chance of them getting hit by a bullet and/or blown up by a mortar. It is no less in our spiritual warfare. It’s a bond unbreakable. Pastor Jedidiah says, “A true Native Pastor can share my “Foxhole” anytime!”

The Cave At Adullam was a “Foxhole” to David and his small band of misfits. It was originally a stronghold referred to in the Old Testament, near the town of Adullam, where future King David sought refuge from King Saul. David wrote Psalm 142 while in that “Foxhole” – we read: ‘A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer. ‘ It was at this very place where a Band of Men enjoined themselves into his divine calling. They were a special band of those in distress, in debt and those deeply bitter in their souls. In that “Foxhole” David became Commander over them and they became his Mighty Men, his men of Valor and his Valiant Warriors who would usher him into his  destiny.

The cave in question is the cave of Adullam and we read about David’s time in this “Foxhole” in First Samuel 22 and the chapters nearby.

1 Samuel 22
David at the Cave of Adullam
22 David departed from there and escaped to the cave of Adullam. And when his brothers and all his father’s house heard it, they went down there to him. And everyone who was in distress, and everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was bitter in soul, gathered to him. And he became commander over them. And there were with him about four hundred men.
